On January 25, Bell Let's Talk Day is celebrated to bring awareness to and end the stigma of mental health issues in Canada. For this year's celebration, an estimated five cents will be donated to Canadian mental health initiatives for every tweet or Instagram post with the #BellLetsTalk hashtag.
If you live in Canada, you can also call, support via Facebook video, and/or Snapchat's geofilter. People can also watch this 10 second video on Facebook to help raise money too! Every view counts!
