Do you believe in that sort of thing? Putting things into the universe? If you have someone constantly on your mind, they are thinking of you and that's it why?

Yep, because everything happens for a reason....right? I believe humans have much more power than we realize.
Reminds me of a thread I saw where a poster said that everyone has psychic abilities. Some are active, some are dormant. We can awaken them all or leave them alone. It's all up to us.

Does the amount of twitches or frequency determine the day? Yep, it will do it no more than 7 times. If it twitches twice that's Monday, three times...that's Tuesday & so on. |

I believe in it to an extent.
In regards to the "thinking of [person]" thing, my grandma and I had very strange occurrences with people. She'd be thinking of them and/or say their name and they would call her up to 10 minutes later.

No, not really to be honest. My mother has it, whenever someone just pops into her mind it means something. I have heard of people who have said manifestation works but I never understood the extent of it. Is it just thinking about that person/thing daily or meditating on it as well?

I'm not sure how it works honestly. I guess some people are more in-tune than others, and everyone else has to work towards it.
