Mads Mikkelsen, Hugh Dancy, and Laurence Fishburne were the show runners. Bryan Fuller, the creator, writer, and director of the show, has said he will try shopping the show around once the rights are available around April 2017. Unfortunately the show only had two seasons on NBC. I think this kind of show needs to be on Netflix. It will cut down on pirating and would have a better chance at catering to the cult following it already has.

I have also never seen a show (or movie) filmed the way Hannibal was filmed. Beautiful cinematography.
