Click on your Profile, then go to the Trophies tab. This can only be viewed on the Desktop version, so Mobile users should switch to that version if possible.
I'm on Level 14, and in total I have 21 Trophies. 15 Bronze, 2 Silver, 4 Gold.
The ones I got for today:
Been here for 30 minutes (in one day).
Followed 5 members.
Created 30 topics (in total).
Has 100 posts.
Has read 50 topics (I don't know if this is in total or for just today).
