We were supposed to spend it with a family friend but I doubt we will. Just staying at home and having a small dinner. Going to make a mix of American and African food. I'm excited to pig out!

I've never had African food but I want to try it. Some friends I have in Belgium showed me pics and I was in love. A lot of it looks like certain AA dishes only spicier and with more colors (veggies, etc.)

A lot of it looks like certain AA dishes only spicier and with more colors (veggies, etc.) It's soo good! You should definitely try jollof rice and agege bread (sweet bread). I love all the different soups and stews. I'm going all out this year. |
