It's not too late to try though. What instruments have you always been interested in trying? And most dance studios have classes for adults. I'm picking back up on ballet.

Get an piano app to start off or a small piano (I forgot what they call it here in America). Same with guitar. You can start off on a ukulele as well. Just learn the notes first at least and then begin to save up for piano/guitar. Look up Janet's old videos and break the videos down. Focus on one part at once. OR, you can look at music video tutorial videos as well. Another thing you can do is just focus on basic dance moves till you're comfortable and then move into more complex. Dance games also help with this. They even have free dance classes on youtube. The sky's the limit really. If you want to do it, you can.
