He felt of the candidates, including winner Donald Trump, who in the past criticized Kaepernick's decision to kneel during the national anthem, would change a "system" that the quarterback said "oppresses people of color." Kaepernick, who did not vote Tuesday, said during a conference call Wednesday with media in Arizona that he "really didn't pay too close of attention" to the election, which was decided close to midnight on the West Coast. "I've been very disconnected from the systematic oppression as a whole," Kaepernick said. "So, for me, it's another face that's going to be the face of that system of oppression. "And to me it didn't really matter who went in there, the system still remains intact that oppresses people of color." Kaepernick, 29, has taken a stance against racial inequality and oppression all season by kneeling for the national anthem. I can't stand his ass. I knew better than to fall for the okey doke when he was going around on his campaign. Seemed disingenuous then and now. Now, I feel like he's trying to come off "deep" when all this is, is plain ignorance. How hard did we fight for voting rights? How can you act like this election doesn't affect YOU? You as citizen of this country, you as a black man in this country?

I understand why some people didn't vote in this election, but as a public figure I think it is stupid to say these kinds of things. That's not wise at all. I don't know what to think of the "Butterscotch Activist" crew. They all seem like a complete mess - Jesse W. and the girls included.

Yeah, I'm just gonna admit that I never liked nor trusted her. I felt bad for thinking that since she's a young girl, a smart young girl at that. At first, I agreed with her but as she went on, it seemed she was buying into that tumblr pseudo intellectualism. Who's the other girl?

The Crew, defined by the other site is Jesse, Colin, Zendaya, and Amandla Stenberg. I forgot Amandla is not a girl or boy, so I guess you can nix that "the girls" thing. I think Amandla is the most authentic out of all of them, but they are definitely part of the Tumblr Activist lifestyle.

Either way Black folks would have been stuck between a rock and a hard place. The only difference is that the Clinton Admin's racism was/would have been under the radar, but with Cheeto it is the racism from the 60s and beyond.

I'd rather that then to have to figure out what Hillary is doing behind the scenes. I can respect Trump in that regard. He's not hiding who he is.
