Okay performance. Her voice was kind of shaky and not as strong as it was on the album but it was enjoyable. The fashion was interesting. Really liked what her backup singers were wearing.

Is the album really as good as people say it is? Because I tried listening to cranes in the sky...tried... It's too mellow for me. I haven't been in the mood to listen to it again since its release. I like cranes, fubu, and don't touch my hair. |

MelaninMonroe I'm enjoying it so far. It definitely is a mellow album, but its got a nice vibe to it. Definitely different from anything in the mainstream so it's a nice change. I'm really feeling "Borderline (An Ode to Self Care)" and "Junie" right now.

Solange "tries too hard" to be different and her album is overrated. I enjoyed her last album "True" way better. Really? What didn't you like about ASATT? I thought it was pretty cool, but that is the first time I have ever listened to an album by her. |
