I was browsing Reddit and noticed this heartbreaking video showing Charlotte Dial soundly humiliating a child for "counting wrong." Searched and didn't see her name here and I want there to be multiple places on the internet discussing this to leave her the disgusting legacy she deserves when anyone searches her name.
This school is part of a network of high-performing charter schools called "The Success Academy".
I don't have children yet but remember being in this poor child's shoes, embarrassed and unable to say a word in my own defense, holding back the tears because an asshole teacher got off on having a silent scapegoat to abuse privately.
God bless the teacher's assistant who predicted this shitty behavior and released the video to the media.
According to multiple news articles, the school is "standing behind her" and likens her to be a "model educator."

Reminds me of the time my 1st grade teacher said she hated me because I would cry everyday in school (I was a severely anxious child).
