You gotta read between the lines. SHE didn't see these comedy specials. SHE never heard these jokes before. I would venture to guess that she has writers who have more input on her jokes than she does and she just might be telling the truth about not knowing. She probably genuinely thought they were giving her fresh material...then again i still question whether she is being honest here. Idk.
Too much to be a coincidence.

It's kind of "damned if you do, damned if you don't" for her on this. If she took the jokes herself or knew they were not new, then she's trash. If all/most of her material is not written by her, then it brings up the question "why are you here (in the spotlight)?"

If she isn't really writing her own content then...why is she a comedian? She is just being marketed as one. At least musical artists who have ghost writers can actually hold a note, or have some kind of ' delivery ' that fits with the written words. But I viewed the video, and she really lacks the enthusiasm. The jokes, whether stolen or not, came off very stale. |

Kinda like how some singers use a team of writers to collaborate? I think that technique is typically reserved for tv show jokes like Dave Chappelle and Redd Foxxs Sanford and Son....I'm not sure if people like Eddie Murphy for example have a team of writers they work with when they do stand up. |

It doesn't seem like it would be common in regular stand up to have a slew of writers/more than maybe two behind you. I understand a panel for a TV show because you have to keep things fresh with variety for ratings, but it just seems like has nothing original herself.

The jokes were from like longer/premiere specials, whereas with like shorter Comedy Central presents stuff it's usually more of a up and coming thing. Though it is mix and match in terms of specials cause iirc Chris Rock wrote all of his stuff, same with others afaik |
