I think ppl need to mind their own business when it comes to Janet. 50 and old don't have to go together. She can tour night after night dancing, plus she has the money for nannies. I think she'll be fine. Women have had babies in their 40's and were fine.

Some black owned businesses do have high ass prices. I try not to judge, but damn. I'm not paying you over 10 for a silk or satin lined beanie or bonnet. I can buy a beanie and hit up the beauty supply store for anything satin and make it my damn self for much cheaper. Some of those t-shirt companies have high ass prices too, but I still support them because I know they aren't buying in bulk instead they use a print when customer pays service.

Maybe time will truly tell, but I don't see any mega stars in our generation. No one on par with MJ and Whitney. When I see these singers breaking their records I think it's simply a sigh of the times, not a true sign of star power or talent. No one really reminds me of Aretha, Patti, Marvin, Otis, etc. Beyoncé is talented, but she has no classic album. Well, idk...Brandy does. Her solo album and sophomore album are classics to me.

I don't understand how J cole's Forest Hills Ave went plantinum, thought the album was overrated.

I don't understand why people keep giving Remy Ma a pass for being lazy, Shether was good but the fact still remains she hasn't put out an album in over 10 years.
